We are seeking a high-energy, consumer-obsessed Product Manager (PM) to drive the growth of De'Longhi's Coffee portfolio through a relentless focus on downstream excellence. This role goes beyond traditional product development; you will be the primary driver for translating shopper understanding and brand-level strategies into innovative in-store activations and shelf-level success. • Ideation & Concept Generation: Define breakthrough product concepts and features that address unmet consumer needs and align with De'Longhi's premium brand promise.
• Portfolio Strategy: Strongly contribute to define and manage a balanced product portfolio - spanning all life cycles - to maximize sustainable growth, market share and brand equity.
2. Product Launch
• Market Introduction: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to implement the global commercial launch plan, providing specific inputs on category entry points, consumer triggers and barriers, portfolio management, developing physical and digital planograms, and ensuring impactful POS for successful in-store and online execution.
• Performance Analysis: Internally collect data to continuously monitor sales and profitability performance, market growth, consumer satisfaction and competitive activity (using GfK, internal data, etc.) to inform ongoing strategy and tactical commercial interventions.
